Template for new projects

Is it possible to remove clicks by changing the path to create project via. template from other project.

Instead of current process:
Create new project, then clicking on old project to copy folder structure etc. into new project and accepting.

New path to remove clicks:
Create project -> Pop-up with project's to copy structure from, choose folder template = project created.
